Mission Of the Organization :

Undertake comprehensive & integrated development interventions for the empowerment of deprived, disadvantaged & vulnerable sections of society focusing on women, children & youth is the mission of our organization.

Goal of the organization :

We aim to take up social, economic, financial literacy, health, educational, agricultural, rural development and cultural activities for transformation of the society.

Brief information about the organization (including history) :

In the year 2007, seven persons, With having passion in social service to uplift the quality of life of the downtrodden communities, established a society for social transformation. We have compassion towards the problems of the poor and downtrodden. We felt the fruits of development were not reaching the downtrodden communities. We understand that lack of education, knowledge and awareness is the main reason for all the problems of human beings. We would like to take up social, economic, financial literacy, health, educational, agricultural, rural development and cultural activities for transformation of the society. We believe incapacitation of deprived, disadvantaged & vulnerable sections of society.

About Chief Functionary

Sri V.Anjaneyulu is the Director and Chief Functionary of Society for Social Transformation. He is a Postgraduate in Social Science (M.A. Political Science) and Gradate in Library and Information Science (B.L.I.Sc). He is having 25 years of rich experience in social service working in many voluntary organizations including COVA, a reputed national level organization. He has undergone number of trainings, workshops, seminars and exposed to voluntary sector activities. He is the chief advisor, chief planner and chief monitor of the activities of the organization. The organization has an Executive Committee of all women social workers actively working for the cause of poor and needy.

He rendered service as Consumer Advocacy Group Member of TRAI, New Delhi; Member of Consumer Advisory Committee, Air Tel; Member of Consumer Advisory Committee, Telenor; Member of Consumer Advisory Committee, Tata Docomo; Member of Consumer Advisory Committee, Reliance Jio; Member of Consumer Advisory Committee, BSNL etc. He conducted 2 Research Studies and 45 Seminars on educational policies. He is the trainer and resource persons for the small NGOs. He works for the building capacities of grass root level organizations. He is the Chief Advisor FEVOURD – Federation of Voluntary organization of Urban and Rural Development, Andhra Pradesh and SVAN – Sankalpa Voluntary Associations Network, Andhra Pradesh.
